Refunds.

All confirmed payments on Redbid are final and non-refundable.

A rank boost is consumed the instant it is applied and cannot be undone — paying for rank is not a deposit, and there is no wallet or balance to withdraw from.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

No refund is given when:

  • You are outranked by another user — being outranked is the game.
  • You change your mind after paying.
  • The placement did not bring traffic, followers, customers, or revenue — payments buy placement, not outcomes.
  • You paid twice to stack a higher total — two successful payments are two separate boosts by design.
  • Your listing is suspended or removed for violating the Terms or Rules — removal does not create a right to a refund.

2. Uncompleted Payments

Failed, incomplete, or abandoned payments are never charged. Closing the payment window means no money moved and no rank was given.

If a charge appears without rank within 24 hours, contact [email protected] with your payment ID for manual review.

3. Duplicate Charges

The system is idempotent: the same payment can never rank twice, so a double-click never double-charges the same transaction.

But two separate successful payments are two separate boosts (stacking is the feature) and are not refundable.

4. The Only Exceptions

If a platform-side technical failure prevents a verified payment from being correctly applied, Redbid will first attempt to correct the issue (apply the rank you paid for).

If correction is not reasonably possible, Redbid may review the transaction and determine an appropriate resolution, which can include a refund.

Any approved refund removes the ranking value associated with the affected payment.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a payment dispute with your bank after knowingly paying for a non-refundable boost violates these Terms and may lead to suspension or removal of your listings without refund.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — genuine errors are reviewed under section 4.

6. How to Request a Review

Write to [email protected] with:

  • Your payment ID
  • The listing name and URL
  • What happened and what you expected

Reviews are handled manually. Payment, audit, and accounting records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
