These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Redbid (the "Service").
By accessing, browsing, submitting a listing, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Redbid is operated by:

Throughout these Terms, "Redbid", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the founders operating the Service, acting jointly.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Redbid is a public ranking platform.
The Service currently includes:
Rank is determined according to the ranking rules published on the platform.
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
You may only create, submit, manage, or promote a listing if:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listing is accurate and that you possess the necessary rights and permissions.
Redbid may request proof of ownership, control, identity, or authorization at any time.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or removal of the listing.
If you submit a website, startup, company, product, or project listing, the associated website must display valid and current information identifying the responsible operator.
Such information may include:
Listings containing false, misleading, incomplete, impersonated, or unverifiable information may be removed without notice and without refund.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Each payment buys paid placement — visibility and rank on the board — as described in the Board Rules. No traffic, customers, sales, or other outcomes are guaranteed.
By making a payment, you authorize the payment provider to process the transaction.
A payment becomes effective only after successful verification.
Failed, incomplete, abandoned, reversed, or rejected transactions do not create rank.
Applicable limits, minimums, and platform rules may change from time to time.
Payments are generally non-refundable.
If a platform-side technical failure prevents a verified payment from being properly applied, Redbid may attempt to correct the issue.
If correction is not reasonably possible, Redbid may review the transaction and determine an appropriate resolution.
Any approved refund may reduce or remove the ranking value associated with the affected payment.
Rank is determined according to the ranking rules published on the platform.
Redbid may correct ranking errors, calculation errors, display errors, payment attribution errors, and similar issues where necessary to preserve platform integrity.
Our determination regarding ranking corrections is final.
You may not:
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
Redbid may suspend, restrict, remove, or disable any listing, feature access, or use of the Service if we reasonably believe:
Removal of a listing does not create a right to a refund.
Historical payment, ranking, audit, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained after removal.
Redbid provides ranking and visibility within the Service.
Redbid does not guarantee:
You are paying for rank and visibility within Redbid, not for any specific business, marketing, financial, or social outcome.
Results may vary and may be zero.
The Service may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting providers, social platforms, APIs, and infrastructure services.
We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, restrictions, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Redbid and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redbid disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, Redbid's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Service at any time.
We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature, ranking system, board, achievement, or integration.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
